NOTICE OF MEETING TO CONSIDER INCREASE IN WATER RATES
CHERRY CREEK VILLAGE WATER DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Cherry Creek Village Water District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider an increase in water rates. The proposed increase is due, in part, to Denver Water implementing Drought Stage 1 conditions and related cost adjustments.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested person may appear at the next Board meeting on April 14, 2026, at 8:15 am at 7995 E. Prentice Ave, Suite 100 for the purpose of providing input, comments, or objections regarding the proposed rate increase.

Information regarding the proposed increase may be obtained from Community Resource Services, 7995 East Prentice Avenue, Suite 100, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, telephone number (303) 381-4960, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
